Replaced standard swivel that came on my everlast speed bag this swivel. !!!!!!WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!! It made a huge difference in my speed! Easier on the wear of the bag attachment point,bur very fluid motion. Easy to use BUT you have to be very accurate on your punches or it goes south onYou QUICK! THAT'S A GOOD THING!! Huge Improvement
I'm 50 yrs old, had never used a speed bag and decided to get a wall-mounted one. Was pretty inexpensive and came with a very basic plastic ball type swivel. After about a week, I felt I was getting pretty good at the speed bag but was frustrated with the basic mechanics of the provided swivel. I decided to upgrade to this one and WOW,.... huge improvement; my wife says I look like a boxer now. 🤪

Very good swivel with 2 exceptions
Very good swivel. Smooth operation, very sturdy, locking pin comes out easily when you need to change the bag. Install was a breeze. The U bolt is a bit long, so that slows the rebound a bit compared to other swivels and the bag sometimes has a wonky rebound as it slides on the U bolt. The rebound speed isn't a bit deal for me as I'm not a pro and adding a bit of electrical tape to the bag loop helped with the sliding issue. All in all, a good swivel that is well worth the cost.
