I really needed a new tape dispenser. I'm packing up 2 locations & WOW! my old dispenser was not working well. It didn't have a blade cover (never did), the tape kept getting stuck on the clear flap/guide (eeerrr), the metal tape guide didn't lift so I couldn't easily reposition the roll (the new one has a hinge on it!) & the cutting teeth on the old one looked like they had been stolen off an old bulldog (it had me barking!). Cutting packing tape had become a chore BUT .... I am happy to say, the new dispenser has a cover for the cutting blade/teeth (the teeth are nice & pointy, too. I'm not worrying as much about nicking my fingers or hands. This whole dispenser is solid, not wonky like other ones that I'd paid just as much (if not more) for. Very pleased with this purchase. Quality & easy-to-use is what it's all about.

This was long awaited to replace an old one I lost. It is very sturdy, however, it doesn't hold my tape rollsvery well even with making the adjustments. It might be due to the tape roll supplier I used. Otherwise, this is a great tape tool

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This tape dispenser works really well and makes packing orders much faster. It feels sturdy in your hand, cuts tape cleanly, and is easy to load with new rolls. The grip is comfortable, and the tape rolls smoothly without constantly sticking or jamming. Great for shipping packages, moving boxes, or everyday packing needs. Definitely a useful tool if you ship often or run a small business.

It's not as bad as all the bad reviews say. The tape gun it well built and works great. The tape roll is kindof loose on it and sometimes falls off but it is an easy fix. Just put a couple of layers of tape on the groves that hold the tape rolls and you will never have a problem again.

NOT recommended, the tape does not stay on the dispenser. The tensioner basically does nothing, the tape will fall off onto the floor. I've used several different tape dispensers in the past, this is the WORST. It is cheap for a reason. I've had to stop using it. Too late to return it or I would.

Purchased to help pack a house for moving. This definitely got put through the paces and held up well. Simple to set up and use. Works great with 100m Basics tape.

It was a good deal and worked well. Only drawback was it had to be used straight up and down or the tape slides off the wheel at the cutter.
