Great question, Horbaach’s reliability has been going downhill the last several years with these shenanigans. This could theoretically have 1mcg of MK4 and 1mcg of MK7 and they’re meeting their label.

How many mcg of MK4 are in each capsule?

I emailed Horbaach customer service, they refuse to disclose the breakdown. One can infer that they have something to hide (e.g. minimal amounts of MK-4 and MK-7) or they would have no reason to withhold this information.
