It’s unbelievable that you don’t offer the cable too. Are you really expecting people to buy only the switch?** A: I feel your pain. I also bought this remote switch and was bummed because I couldn’t find the cable- I even bought the data cable (and returned it). It actually doesn’t require a specialized cable. Just standard wire. Love the setup. ### ⭐ Flashed and fried. *by A***R on December 30, 2019* Edit: and number 3. I believe that none of these specific switches either work or were meant to work with the victron Phoenix. Third one doesnt work. Tested polarity of wires before use, didnt work. So maybe I thought manufacturer screwed up on + high and - low polarity so I reversed them, still doesnt work. Who designed these? So now I still have a hole in my custom wood drawer front that fits this switch exactly with no working switches. And was told a replacement was coming and that I didnt have to send the return in but i did get charged for it. So 50 bucks and no working switch. Edit. Recieved a second one to replace the fried unit and guess what, it never came on. Retested my victron inverter, it works, tested the remote function, it works. Victron seems to be a good company, however the packaging looked like products were either returns or took a beating in the mail. Ordered from inverters r us both times. Called customer service and no answer. I'll be sure to mention them on a youtube video so I can put the word out as we travel and film. Ordered this in October and it's been left in the box since then, I just installed it today, it flashed and my victron Phoenix inverter came on for a second then turned off. I reattached the switch and remote, nothing happened. I put the loop back on the remote connector to make sure my inverter didnt blow up, it did not thankfully. But the switch still didnt work. Has a sticker on it that says tested ok. Lmao apparently ok is not good because this thing fried immediately.
