Yes, I use them on my own nails & they are brilliant. I had a professional manicure the other day & these are the same emery boards they use in the salon; that's why I ordered them. Great product.

Are these good too file gel polish off

As a man I don't use nail polish but I have thick nails and they certainly thin them down without any trouble
