Hopefully, It's good I guess. I've started it, since more than 8 months, when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Felt good, but after another bone density test, I can give honest review of how truly effective it is. Though, the price is little high. When we have to take this medication continue for a long periods, it becomes costly. Hope the seller consider it, and offer a better price for a quantity order.

Seem to feel better since starting it . I also buy the AlgeCal Plus and Stronnin Boost. I dissolve it in my coffee and has no after taste .
