They do the job. Thick and great to use!

Bought this primarily to assist my warmups but I also use it to work on my flexibility and other stretches. Mostly I've used this when going to the gym to warm up to avoid injury (which I am quite prone to). It provides enough resistance and elasticity to help my stretch my muscles and tendons so that they feel ready to perform exercises with optimal flexion and without risk of injury. As a bigger individual, I was unsure whether to go with the stronger resistance band, HOWEVER, the red band more than fulfils what I demand from it. I recommend anyone who partakes in sports/training to invest in this band. It may seem like you will hardly use it, but just stretching 2-5 minutes before starting every workout with this band will reduce your risk of injury substantially and make you feel better prepared for a more fulfilling workout.

I use these resistance bands when attached to the wall for exercises involving pulling down or sideways. I've been using them for over a year, and they're well made and have lasted. The stronger bands are quite uncomfortable to hold in the hand because of their size, and I wish there was a handle that could be attached to make them more comfortable.

So all bands were really good quality and used at least three times a week on carpet and witj socks on for squats (with larger bands). I am 100kg and 6 foot so they get their use. After while the green one started to split. Natural product so only to be expected. Reported this and aftercare service sent out new one within very short time frame. No quibbles excellent service. Will definitely buy replacement set when time comes later this year

Good set of bands. Came in good condition. They are long and provide very high resistance at the upper end, which I didn't expect for bands at this price point. Comes in a handy dandy little gym bag, like the ones you might use for PE when you were in school.

Als mehr oder weniger Ersatz für ein Fitnessstudio , ausreichend und wirkt stabil genug um nicht unfreiwillig ausgepeitscht zu werden . Ich würde sie wieder kaufen . Halten aktuell noch gut. Ansonsten unauffällig in Verarbeitung und Geruch . Geschmack wurde nicht getestet

Seem very good quality for the price. Been using for several weeks and like the variety of resistance and length of the bands. I've been using them whilst travelling so I can continue injury rehab away from home without finding a gym at each stop.

Happy with this product. Good combination of resistance levels, perfect for pushups and chin ups progression. Works great with the door mounted bar.

I haven’t tried this particular one yet since I just got it but the quality is super good. The rubber isn’t busted or weak like some bands tend to be. It’s also wide enough so it can support both my feet (cuz I’m only starting to do pull ups and need all the help I can get). I think it’s gonna last me til I can “graduate” to the next color.
