A couple of clicks to access the lotion, rub it gently on and it has no sensation whatsoever and no taste. I let it *soak* in and do its thing while I put on mascara and by that time, my lips are plump and ready for lipstick. I am very pleased with this product and really thought it was a joke until I started paying attention.I have been talking to someone and had them staring at my lips...even my doctor, but no one has mentioned it because they are not that large, but it does take the *old age* creases out of your lips. My husband has never noticed or made any comments and I don't tell him what I use anyway.The directions say to use it three times a day, but I only use it right before leaving the house. I've never gotten such great customer service as I did with Abzoo.They will be my go-to retailer for every tube of Vivite I purchase..........which is a great product in itself! The Lip Plumper, however, does not contain the signature Vivite glycolic acid compound, (which I did not realize, because the ingredients are not listed here).I would return this if it had come with a pre-paid return label or any other convenient return arrangement. This is just one of those times when the bother of packaging and mailing it isn't worth the product refund, (less the cost of shipping in both directions.)Maybe I can save you this same problem.1. No directions. Under or over lipstick? At night?2. And what is it *supposed* to do? It does not plump the lips or make them softer.3. The product is less than a light cream, it is a lotion. It is not as thick as Vaseline, Aquafor, Soft Lips, any lip gloss or balm.4. Several twists of the tube are needed to get enough product. I don't think the tube will last very long.5. It is sticky. If you use it before bed you may wake up with lint on your lips or a stray hair stuck to your face.6. The container is nice, with a high-end design.7. Conclusion: The product doesn't seem to do anything more than I could get with an inexpensive drugstore lip balm.
