Good content
Very nice book.. Bought it for my daughter as to reading at bedtime though i am liking it so much :) this is something i keep in my handbag to read and reflect in my spare time.

Amazon, at the outset I am surprised that this book published by Advaith Ashram is so costly. I am so sure that the original cost of the book is not so much. This is my gut feeling. Please refrain from buying it. Instead one should go for the Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda. Regret buying it. .

This is a very good book.
This is a very good book ..... Low priced and the concepts are wonderfully explained . The explanations are very scientific and surely techniques work . Also recommending other books of Swami Vivekananda . You will surely benefit from it . Suggested for all those who are pessimistic , dull and lack concentration. It can be a breakthrough in your life.
