Ultimate Probiotic Formula 66 Billion CFU, 30 Veggie Caps, 2 Pack

The Swanson Ultimate, and Ultra Probiotic, both have 66 billion probiotics in them. These have kept my immune system up better than any other. Before, I use to catch every cold that came along. And a few other "bugs" as well. I've only been to a doctor a couple times or so since I started taking these probiotics about 20 years ago!

Good product

Swanson Lactobacillus Gasseri, works for me. Healthier digestion, better elimination, easy size to swallow, great value for the dollar compared to others.

Love this product! Very reasonable cost!

Seller was quick to respond and send item. Description was clear. To many similar times in the market. I liked that I could check into the ingredients with confidence. I gave it a 4 because I am not convinced it is an effective probiotic for me. The Jury in still out. Everybody's body is different. Very much worth a try.

Bifidobacterium lactis 20 billion viable organisms * Lactobacillus acidophilus 20 billion viable organisms * Bifidobacterium longum 6 billion viable organisms * Bifidobacterium bifidum 5 billion viable organisms * Lactobacillus casei 5 billion viable organisms * Lactobacillus plantarum 5 billion viable organisms * Kyo-Dophilus® (blend of L. gasseri, B. bifidum and B. longum) 1 billion viable organisms * Lactobacillus salivarius 1 billion viable organisms * Lactobacillus rhamnosus 1 billion viable organisms * Lactobacillus bulgaricus 1 billion viable organisms * Lactospore® Lactobacillus sporogenes 1 billion viable organisms * Lactobacillus reuteri 500 million viable organisms * NutraFlora® scFOS®(short-chain fructooligosaccharides) (providing minimum 95% total fructooligosaccharides) 100 mg Other ingredients: Vegetable capsule (hypromellose, gellan gum), microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), rice extract, silica. Dairy Free Be sure to take the supplement with food as directed on the label. Doing so will raise the pH level of your stomach to a 3 or 4, which effectively allows the organisms to survive the acid in your stomach and eliminates the need for an enteric-coating. I take this everyday, and I also give it to my dogs. It really helps me, especially after having to take antibiotics!

a super probiotic

Got the product today, mid May. It's marked as being manufactured 06/16, almost a year ago. When I contacted Swanson, asking when is this product expiring, the answer was "one year"... I asked the agent if she would buy milk that's expiring the next day... Swanson credited my Amazon account without any further questions. This is probably an excellent product, but when you get it, please check the date it was manufactured. With this kind of a product, it is significant.
