My husband is very happy with these Men's Unionbay Survivor Relaxed Fit Cargo pants. He repairs vehicles and the relaxed fit keeps him comfortable when doing a lot of bending, kneeling, and stooping while working. In addition, the cargo pockets are great for storing his cell phone in easy reach and the velcro pocket closures securely hold cash, etc. The fabric is a decent weight, not too heavy and not too thin. I have already purchased 5 pairs of these for him in different colors. He's using the navy blue pants for work; the other colors, he wears to go out. Since my husband finds it difficult to find pants he's comfortable in, I plan on purchasing a few more pairs of these for him. 👍👍👍 I haven't laundered these pants yet, but once I do, I'll update my review with the results.

When I was getting these I got them about 3 inches too long in the inseam because they were about $25 LESS than if I got the correct length, so I knew full well that they would be long on me but they do seem a little longer than 3 inches so I would say the inseam measurement is a little long. As I like a looser fit rather than tighter, and I was going to need to hem them down anyways. The waist and crotch and thighs are all roomy. I have no issues being able to have a normal range of movement, and no fear of a tear or blow out when kneeling down or squatting. The materials of the pants have a good weight to them, not to thick and not too thin. All of the stitching seems to be well done in the 3 pairs that I purchased and have held up quite well for the last month. The only reason I knocked a star off is the "belt" and the belt loops. First the belt: It can't really be called a belt other than for looks, if you expect it to function you will be disappointed. Basically it's a step up from using a bit of rope. The materials of it are slightly thicker than the pants and have almost no rigidity to keep it from twisting around while you go about your day. The D-rings that allow you to get a form of tightness seem to be a non-ferrous metal of some kind as I can pass through a metal detector without issue. The stitching that holds the D-rings in place combined with the material cause them to move and shift making the belt loosen and at times come completely undone when the D-rings flip places completely. Now for the Belt Loops: This is pretty simple, there are too few. 5 loops in total is not adequate for anyone with a waist over 30 inches. The layout is this: two in the front, one on either side of the fly; One in the middle of each hip; One in the middle back. If they had put in two more, one between the hip and back middle, they would be able to hold the pants up with a more even support placement.

Great cargo pants with relaxed fit and large pockets. Material (mostly cotton) is just thick enough to use in various temperatures. I've had multiple sets of these same pants (different colors) and I'm replacing two that finally started showing their age after four years of regular use.

Excellent and consistent quality. Have bought 6 pairs till now. Only complaint and for which i am deducting a star is the delivery time is very long. Secondly we do not get a copy of the actual duty paid at customs.

Used to buy cargo pants in a store for about $75 each and they faded very soon. These UNIONBAY ones were a fraction of the price, feel comfortable and seem to be of comparable quality. Hope they don't fade as much. Time will tell!
