Fragrant And Fresh
We all know how healthy mushrooms are. These are also fresh and delicious. I soak the mushrooms for a few hours and then cook them. They are fragrant and tasty. They are also tender, a contrast to the tougher shiitake I am used to. There is no need to worry about a lower quality here. You can get both the lower price and the high quality with this product, and I would gladly order these again.

These are very low quality mushrooms.
These mushrooms come with a high level of sand and grit which does not wash out. These mushrooms have a high level of musky smell that tends to spread around the house. These mushrooms have a very dank taste. The packaging comes with a California prop 65 cancer warning sticker, which is not shown in the advertisement pictures.

A lot of delicious mushrooms
What a great deal! What a lot of mushrooms! Just place in hot water, wait a few minutes and chop to size. Use the mushroom water to add even more flavor to your dish. Delicious in pasta, meatloaf, etc.

Worst Mushrooms Ever
These are the worst dried mushrooms I've ever purchased - and I've bought many different kinds. The bag was mostly stems, which had an "off" texture after re-hydrating. They may seem like a bargain, but you get what you pay for. I've always put dried mushrooms directly into my soups and sauces and let them re-hydrate in what I'm cooking. Bad idea - got several big mouth fulls of dirt.
