This is a killer clown movie. For those of us who have a certain affinity for that particular subgenre, this is a worthy (if still flawed) genre tale. The keyword being "potential" as it never blossomed. They are pursued by the monotone line reading cop (Georgie Smibert) who goes out of her district. She also gives us some early narration playing on "opportunity Knocks" once too often. The sound was hollow on many inside scenes. The soundtrack was one finger playing on a piano. Not much improvement over the first 1-star film. What was with the diner scene? How did that tie in? Guide: F-word.
