It has been a long time since I am using this thermal one of the best products in market and customers support always there

Not Recommended, Do not buy
Not recommended, Do not buy this product as it is not from INDIA. No Tech support available in INDIA. Printer stopped working thousands of time during printing. Calibration doesn't even fix the problem. Hundreds of Labels have been wasted fixing the red light problem.
