How long is the resistance band? I am 6'2 and scared of breaking it

The bands, there are 2, stretch out to a maximum of 5'8". I've stretched them to the max repeatedly and have never been concerned about them breaking. They are well made.

What are push up bars made of -steel or plastic ? Are they sturdy to handle good pushups ?

I believe plastic they are sturdy but the padding not to thick so I use my gloves still kinda hurts a bit overall the straps are great I leave them around my feet detach them from the ab roller and stretch worth the money you'll feel it on the first try I still do basic pushups with gloves feels better

Did anyone actually see improvements using this abs roller?

Yes, great so far. Recovering from knee replacement that had lots of sweet n backs from last October 6th. I have Lumbar and cervical stenosis and lots of degenerative disc issues that I'm dying my best to avoid surgery. I need as many core exercises thati can find to strengthen my weaknesses and everything else. For cardio I can't run, swim or bike without injury possibilities so I just stick to hiking at a good clip on the canal towpath in our backyard. I have wanted to get a wheel roller. But haven't had the lower back strengthtill now. And my most excellent Chiropractor who does the spinal decompression table therapy that had set me on a good path 👍
