So I occasionally have trouble going, to the point where I feel bloated. It usually ends up resolving itself but sometimes it gets to the point that I have to do something. I bought this about a week ago, and didn't use it until Sunday morning. I went a few hours after, but it wasn't what I was hoping for. I drank another bag on Monday morning, around 6:30am. Had minor stomach rumblings throughout the day, until around 3:30pm when I had to sprint to the bathroom. The urge to go was very sudden. As soon I sat down, the floodgates opened. 10 minutes later, I felt like I literally lost about 5 lbs. Success. This stuff is great. More effective (and reliable) than 3 Ballerina tea. Tastes MUCH better. If it doesn't work right away, try another tea bag the next day.

It works really well, One cup at night and I could go the next day! Instead of using all those powders and what not. If you decide to use 2 tea bags stay near the bathroom! It really moves things along.

1) 🛑 I am so surprised with those 5 starts I see for this product. This is nothing but a scam. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU SEE MY REVIEW. 2) 🛑No Return policy??? Yes because they know everyone will return it since-it doesn’t work. 3) As you can see in my picture I am trying 3 tea bags but still it’s just like im drinking a normal tea.

The sound of our toilet paper holder spinning again never sounded so good. My situation is complex and felt like giving up with docs, pills, dieticians, fiber products, laxatives and so on. Tried pretty much everything with mixed results at best and concerned about continuous fake chemical laxatives. Stumbled across this product while looking at various options and thought to give it a go. Made 1 cup, about 12 ounces at 6:15 pm in microwave. Had dinner to increase the gravity and had been drinking water prior for daily hydration and increase of gravity flow. Re-used the same bag at 6:45 and drank another 8 to 9 ounces. Mild cramps began at 7:20pm at 7:40 the first train left the station. There was no waiting 6-12 hours. Zero straining and pleasant experience. This is the best can opener I've ever used.

As a daily Senna user for IBS w chronic constipation, this is definitely not ‘strong’ I had to steep 3+ teabags, two days in a row to produce a single bm :( It tastes good. Probably would work well for someone with occasional issues. But not for chronic constipation
