It sounds like it comes with its own water supply. Is it refillable?

Yes this is refillable, but am disappointed cuz it does not work! The sensor goes off every once in awhile, but it doesn't shoot out water. I've had this for appx a year now, it hasn't worked for the last 6 to 7 months. I'm very disappointed with the product, I had paid $100 something for this...

can this be used with an RV Antifreeze solution so it can be used in sub freezing temperatures?

I would think that it is feasible. The unit has a small submersible pump that has a small screen on it that is susceptible to clogging if there is material in the solution or if it is too viscous. If the viscosity of your solution is low, I don't see why that wouldn't work. Just curious as to what you are trying to scare off in that kind of temp though...
