Also, I can have it back a little further on the makeup table and that makes it easier to reach my brushes, product and so on. The tray at the base of the mirror helps with that too.The USB cable (if you don't want to use batteries) is fairly long but there's no wall plug. I had one from an old phone so not a problem for me, but it's worth pointing out. Besides that, the only major minus is one I think almost all these LED mirrors have – the LEDs are bluer than indoor light, and that can throw off color balance.
