Quiet while it runs. Sounds like white noise.
This robot vacuum is amazing. It is easy to program and works very well. Doesn’t bang into furniture, slows down and cleans around the furniture. The vacuum is much quieter than the rumba while running. It is loud when it empties. But I would expect that. Great product and makes my life easier!

Great little robotic vacuum, and an essential tool for a multi-pet family
I've resisted getting a robo-vac since they first came out. They've always been too expensive in my mind for what they offered, and I was never able to see the value in having one when vacuuming the house once a week always seemed to be plenty. Well, that was before this past few years, when we got two cats and a dog. The amount of fur being shed was making area rugs bought in the last few months dingy and faded even with regular weekly vacuuming. And weekly is the best we manage. So I decided I was going to take the plunge and finally buy this model of robo-vac since the price was often very reasonable with the frequently-offered coupons. I've had it for two weeks now, and I'm a skeptic no more! The day it arrived, I fully charged the battery and ran it in just our living room, where we have a medium-pile 8 x 10 area rug. The bin was packed at the end of the run, and it took four more days of cleaning just that room on a full charge before the bin finally got to just 1/2 or 2/3 full. I would recharge the battery and run it separately in the rest of our ground floor, where it's all hardwood and much smaller / thinner area rugs, and that was better after just 2 runs. I now have the vacuum scheduled to run at 1 AM every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I just pick up the stuff on the floor and move things like dining chairs or trash cans to maximize the floor coverage. This is just the right schedule, as it's keeping up with our pets shedding and the bin is moderately to mostly full. And on the weekends, I run it in our finished basement and the second-floor rooms where the pets spend much less time. Still have to use our canister vacuum for the smaller spaces where this robo-vac can't get, along with vacuuming the pet hair off the upholstery. But our once-a-week vacuuming time is now faster and more focused, instead of being the half-day chore it always was in the past. What I love most about this robo-vac is that it fits under all of our couches, dressers, and other furniture with a raised bottom, so those spaces that never got cleaned without pulling out the furniture (which was never for the big/heavy pieces) now actually get cleaned with the rest of the room. I was amazed when Puck (that's what we've named it :D) rolled right under my wife's dresser, clearing the space by what looked like a couple of millimeters. It wandered around under there for maybe 30 seconds and finally found its way back out with equal ease. It does get stuck sometimes on some of the furniture that has scalloped trim in the corners; mainly our living room couch. And I was really surprised when it got stuck under the side of our recliner in that room, so now I have to make sure that's positioned in a way where that won't happen during the nightly scheduled runs. And we have two doorways with thresholds that are just a smidge too high for it to climb up / down without getting a little stuck, but that's it as far as problems. If you're like me and need to run it frequently, you *must* make sure to empty the bin and clean the roller brush after every single run, and the side spinner brushes as stuff builds up where they snap onto the vacuum. The brush roller definitely tends to get a lot of hair wrapped around it, and that makes it run louder if not cleaned regularly. The included cleaning tool is great for this, as it includes a small razor-bladed section for quickly slicing through the hair buildup. Hopefully, Puck will last a good long time as long as I keep cleaning it regularly. I definitely prefer this kind of low-profile model to the more-typical thick-built ones that can't get under as much furniture. But if it ends up have reliability issues because of our more-frequent use, then I'll have to look into something like a Roomba model that's more user-serviceable. Nov 5, 2022 UPDATE: Puck is still running like a champ. I still get close to 90 minutes of run time on a charge, even when I have to stop and start him every 15-20 minutes to empty the bin when we clean a room that got skipped for a couple of weeks. Have only needed to do standard replacement of the filter, side brushes, roller brush, and brush guard as those parts wear out (generally every 2-3 months for the filter, 4-6 months for the other parts). The bin has definitely proved to be this vacuum’s biggest shortcoming, as it can fill to bursting after20 minutes with all the pet fur it picks up. This is true even in rooms we clean regularly, just because so much fur is shed by our three pets. When Puck does eventually wear out, we will be replacing it with a robovac that has a bin sensor and automatic emptying base. It’s still less work than regular vacuuming, but more “hand holding” that I want from a device that is otherwise so incredibly useful and that has made this chore much more thorough and bearable.

Roller brush errors on 2 units (Fixed with firmware update)
UPDATE: Upgrading to 4 stars. I'm happy to report that Eufy saw my review and offered to return and refund or push the firmware update. I chose the update and have run the unit 3 times since updating with ZERO roller brush errors! Hooray! They even responded to my questioning their not automatically pushing the firmware update when units are registered in the app (they say roller brush error isn't universal & they don't know if updating everything would mess up unaffected units...ok, I can accept that). Anyway, if you purchase the L60 and have repeated roller brush errors, the update seems to help. The update also appears to have improved the BoostIQ, and now it does a better job of adjusting suction when moving from carpet to hard floors. I've found the unit needs to return to base to recharge more frequently, but that's not bothersome to me, as it does it on its own and completes the cleaning. For the price, this is a pretty good little robot vacuum. Now that I'm keeping her, I guess I'll have to name her. After a month, I'm on the fence regarding this vacuum. It was a toss-up between 2 and 3 stars; I went with 3 because I don't hate it. This is my second try at the L60. I returned the first one after a couple of days because it would give a roller brush error about every 4 minutes when there was absolutely nothing stuck in the brush. I tried Eufy customer support with mixed success (they'd diligently respond once daily, a different person each time, in the middle of the night) and eventually decided the easiest thing to do was to just exchange for a different unit through Amazon. I would strongly recommend anyone purchasing this vacuum make sure the seller they use allows returns through Amazon--some do not. All in all, it does a reasonably good job, isn't overly noisy, the app is pretty intuitive, and it is at the lower end of the price range for a self-emptying robot. The current unit also gives me roller brush errors, but just once every vacuuming session, again, with nothing in the roller. This seems to be a recurring issue with this vacuum. From reading some forums, it appears some have had success contacting Eufy customer service and getting newer firmware downloaded to the unit. I haven't tried that yet. I generally just check the app, and if (when) I see it has stopped, I just restart it from the app and it has (so far) finished the vacuuming session without further issue. The roller brush error is definitely annoying, but the month slipped away, and I'm outside the Amazon return window, so I'll deal with it. I saved the box, so if I have to send it back to Eufy, at least I'll have appropriate packaging.

This cute little clueless robot does a lovely job in cleaning. It's also super convenient to empty out and clean. Sadly it's quite a dumb little thing and blindly goes around the floor, often missing spots and it loves to eat wires. It's also not the brightest in returning to the charging station, it seems to follow a path of displacement and will try to go through walls for hours before giving up and running out of battery. In terms of docking itself, you really need to stick the charging station to the wall or floor, or else it will try to hump the charging station and completely shift it around and never manage to dock. Altogether though honestly, I think that little bit of effort is totally acceptable on our part to input given how conveniently it picks up (A LOT) of dirt, hair, and lint as frequently as you want it to. It's super pricey on amazon Canada compared to ordering on eufy website even after conversion rate (does not deliver to Canada from eufy website) but having no other option, it's alright I guess. Overall I wouldn't say it's worth $450 (including tax), much more worthwhile for USA consumers who are only paying $300 (CAD). but if you're ultra lazy like me and only vacuum once every 3 weeks, it's quite worthwhile to sit on the couch and control this thing with a remote to clean your house. It is now only $320 on the Canadian Amazon!! It's super worth this price in my opinion, and Amazon was absolutely amazing with me on exchanging the product for the new price. Changing my review on this one to 5/5!!

My daughter bought this for me for Christmas. I used it and was so impressed I bought a second one for my lower level on the boxing week sales. It won’t fall down stairs idk how but it knows how to avoid them. It won’t get caught on big cords but small cords (like an iPhone charger will have to be picked up). And it will go up and over mats so you don’t have to pick them up. (Mats that are stationary) so if you can walk on them without them moving. Eg a kitchen foam rubber mat. It just runs on a pattern across the room in an up and down (horizontal or vertical) pattern that seems to pick everything up. Or you can set it to just spot clean an area. I have 2 cats and there was always cat hair on my hardwood floors no matter how often I tried to keep up with it. Now, with this running everyday I don’t see anymore cat hair. We put the second one on the bottom level and it runs in the cats room first where the litter boxes are and it completely picks up any spare litter that the cats paws leave behind when they come out of the litter box. (That litter gravel always seemed to get tracked around the house). Now I never see or feel any grit, so I’m not constantly sweeping. I love this thing!! No setting up, no setting or programming a pattern of your room for it to follow it just knows. I can’t say enough good things about it! You can wash the filter. I would recommend getting the spare parts kit that is available with it so you’ll have an extra filter and brush in case you need it. It is slightly noisy, nothing crazy but if I’m watching tv I do have to turn the tv up a bit when it comes into the room. (It is a vaccum after all). It will return to its base on its own. If you have multi levels just pick it up and put it on the next level or get a second one. For the price this thing is great!! I’d give this 20 out of 10!!!

The robot thoroughly sucks up the tiniest dust particles, which makes mopping post that super easy! I use it twice/thrice a week based on how much dusty the floors are. 30 mins in hall and 10 mins per bedroom is usually sufficient. The various modes are also very useful. Tip - clean the robot dust panel, rotating brush etc at least once each week. It is very easy to clean and would ensure that your robo is more effective.
