## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice stroller
*by C***E on September 15, 2015*

For the price point of this product we really enjoy it. I am a Joovy lover and needed something that would tend to my 4.5 year old and newborn. My daughter is very tall and fits comfortably in the front with the baby in the back. The fact that she can get on and off from the back as well makes my life so much easier. The colors nice and folds up well in the back of my pilot. The removable tray is great as well, saves me a lot of time if we do not need to use it. I also got our carseat adapter which works great with it as well. Glad that what I had was compatible with the stroller. I really don't have any complaints as of right now.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best double stroller I could find! And it fits through ALL DOORS!!!
*by A***R on July 2, 2015*

Update:I've already used this many times on short trips inside stores and too and from the park or splash pad. It is really great. I mostly use it in the smaller position and my older child has no trouble in the back with the baby in the upright position. He easily switches from standing to sitting in mid stroll. I really do need to buy the parent console as I'm always needing a place to put my water. I find that the basket velcro comes off quite often, but I think it must be from the way I slide it into the car and it's not that big of a deal to reattach. I just wish it was a stronger velcro. The fact that the basket is in the full position every time you open it is really no big deal either. My older child has nearly figured out how to put it down. it has fit nicely in all the bathrooms I've needed to take it in which is a huge plus. ha! I would absolutely recommend this stroller to any mom of two or more.Ok, I just got this yesterday, but I'll tell you what I like now and update later. I researched A LOT for months to find just the perfect stroller and there really isn't one. This Joovy seemed like the closest thing, so I went with it. I'm glad I did so far!Pros: Easy set-up (mostly put together), nice size tires, large canopy that can be taken off, wide parent handle at a nice height, love that the weight limit for both seats is 55lbs and the space available for the front rider's legs is larger than any other tandem. (at least all the ones I looked at)Big Pro: The front seat cannot go past upright! We had an incident trying another sit and stand and the back rider slipped off the seat and the front rider slammed into the snack tray! This stroller design prevents that thank goodness. I also like how the seat is reclined with a metal bar instead of a pull tab/belt thing.Cons: the slide to extend seems tight (hoping this gets better with time), the lever in the parent handle to open and lock collapsed is different than most strollers and seems finicky. (again, hoping this gets easier with time) Just make sure you have the stroller pulled tight together before trying to open.Additional thoughts: The front child can only be upright (and it is fully upright) and the back rider can really only be standing on the small setting. In the expanded setting there is room to have the front child on the second reclined setting, but the sitting rear child may feel a bit cramped. I did not purchase the carseat adaptor, so I have no thoughts on that.I do hope that Joovy will allow me to purchase a second snack tray as you can use one on both front and back interchangeably. The basket is easily accessible between the standing platform and the back seat and there are two small side pockets available.Just want to mention that the dimensions in comparison to the Joovy ultralight are tricky because the parent bar on this stroller is set back farther making the size seem way longer, but if you really don't want to hit the standing platform this one is the way to go...you have so much more space. It seems like the small setting is very similar to the ultralight, this one just offers more comfortable sitting room in the expanded version and can hold more weight/taller children.Hope this helps. There were so many unanswered questions when I was researching, so I wanted to answer them.

### ⭐ DEATHTRAP! IT CAN HURT YOUR CHILDREN OR GET THEM KILLED.
*by W***7 on September 8, 2015*

Ours began to fold spontaneously with our children inside. Besides the huge risk of pinching off/amputating fingers (which thankfully didn't happen) this folded up repeatedly on my wife while she was in the crosswalk. Then imagine struggling to get your children out of this twisted contraption of death in live traffic. I don't even have to go into the fact that this was one of the most horribly thought out, poorly designed products when it wasn't trying to kill my children. Way too heavy, had the maneuverability of a buffet cart. When two kids are in it, you can feel the thing flexing like it is going to snap down the middle. Canopy is worthless. Try folding this up and getting into your car, you will curse this the day you bought this thing. I love how they call this VaryLight - must refer to the color choices because it definitely has nothing to do with the weight. This thing should be permanently recalled and destroyed. We called Joovy after this happened and they immediately overnighted us a Joovy Caboose Ultralight AND a lousy tricycle to keep us quiet. I wouldn't have quite so much ire for this product if both of those products weren't awful and poorly designed as well - but at least they don't look like they will maim or kill my kids.
