Weston 53-0501-W Ravioli Rolling Pin

We had our reservations, but this roller actually works perfectly with fresh pasta! What a cool tool. If you have ever made individual raviolis, you will appreciate the heck out of this thing. The only side note, it says to fill the area of the pasta 1/3 with filling, do more like 1/2 and you'll be golden. That and if you note how wide it is from edge to edge and have your sheet at least that wide (but not a whole lot wider) it works really well, without a bunch of waste on the sides.

Disappointed the ravioli is too small

The rolling pin is smaller than I thought.

I love this! I made several batches of ravioli in no time. It could not have been easier! The ravioli was smaller, but who cares, it didn't make the work any longer. I thought the rolling pin would have a hard time crimping the edges together since the filling was spread out across the whole sheet, but it worked just fine!

I have made ravioli with this and it is very simple to use. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make their own ravioli.

If you enjoy making homemade pastas like I do, this rolling pin is a "must have". Makes easy work of homemade raviolis.

I like that it has a cover-- perfect size for a small kitchen and one person!
