I bought this after finding it in a review of the top 10 blender/processor combos of the last year, it was the most reasonably priced by quite a margin and I was not disappointed. Had some difficulty getting the processor to work but the staff called me quickly and sorted me out in no time (user error - the lid shute should be on the same side as the handle to lock into place). It’s a great product, has all the attachments I could need and is a great size too. Easy to use and easy to clean!

Nice size food processor and blender. Really easy to use and set up. The blender is a really nice size and very powerful, the food processor does exactly what I need it to. I've used the food processor to mix meat to make burgers and I've even made pizza dough in it. The juicer attachment is great the only thing I found that as you are juicing partly by hand so even the first power setting can be a bit fast but it does get the job done. The variety of attachments are really useful and all parts are dishwasher safe making it a dream to clean up. I've recently been in touch with the seller due to some queries I had, due to a fault of my own, and they have been brilliant, really quick to respond and very helpful. I would really recommend this product!

Didn't work at all. Changed the fuse, checked the plug, checked assembly instructions. Still didn't work so must have been the unit.

Bought as a gift and liked but have no personal experience

I normally don't take the time to leave reviews, but this blender/ processor definitely deserve a five-star rating. I bought this appliance around October 2020. I rarely used it in the past, but recently I became a bit more domestic and decided to try new foods. This product is large, effective but still not very loud. It has multi-function capabilities-mixes, crushes, grates, liquefy, puree and can emulsify any food or substance. In addition, it is so user friendly that it encourages you to try new things with it. One of the things I love most about it is that it is effortless to clean. I am delighted with the value for money. In addition to that, the customer service is exceptional. I had a slight issue where I didn't comprehend how to work one of the many pieces that came with it, so I emailed the seller. A representative contacted me promptly with such a pleasant and helpful attitude. He went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy and satisfied before our communication ended. It was such an obvious fix I felt like a bat for contacting them in the first place. Nonetheless, he went above and beyond what I expected, and I am so satisfied.

not very good. does not get through ice or frozen fruit. jug cracked and left plastic in drink. as for the bowl part , it does'nt chop very well as blades are to high so leaves chunks. juicer and grater are ok.
