Won't work with 2009 base Torrent without alterations
Most mounting holes are OK, motor and other parts appear to be consistent with the OEM. However, a significant issue is the misplaced mounting whole for the locking bar pivot bracket. Photo one is the location of the mounting hole in the OEM plate. The second photo shows the same hole in the Dorman in plate. The hole in the Dorman plate is an inch off. It is IMPOSSIBLE to mount the door handle bracket using either hole provided by Dorman. I roughed in a new hole in proper location and it works...for now. My rating would be higher but for this obvious issue. They provide 2 holes in different locations to accommodate different needs. However, neither hole can be used to complete this install.
