Das Olivenöl hat einen intensiven, natürlichen Geschmack nach Oliven und Zitronen. Urlaub aus der Flasche sozusagen 🙂Der Geschmack hält sich unverändert und hat wirklich gar nichts zu tun mit dem billigen aromatisierten Öl aus dem Supermarkt!Ich benutze es vor allem für das marinieren von Thunfisch und Geflügel, soooo lecker. Einfach das Fleisch bzw. den Fisch mit dem Öl bepinseln, würzen, ggf. noch mit frischem Knoblauch belegen und für mindestens 30 Minuten in der Marinade in den Kühlschrank stellen.
