Runs Small!

The fabric is great and really comfy and soft. The design is cute but the arm holes in the sleeves are so small! My daughter is only 18 months and not a big girl by any means and I had to cut them a little to fit her. The rest of the sizing is right but I dont know why the arms are so tiny, literally were cutting into her skin and leaving marks.
