I have a small frame, small hips, and no butt, but I couldn't pull these on past my knees bc the waistband is way too tight to fit an adult. It's disproportionate to the rest of the short, which stretches well and actually looks like it would fit me a bit loose if only I could get them on. I wonder if it's a manufacturing defect bc I've never, ever seen such a tiny waistband in an adult item. I requested an exchange to avoid the 20% restocking fee (which is absurd, especially bc I suspect the shorts are irregular). Very, very disappointed.
