Mood savior
I’ve been trying these for my diagnosed bipolar disorder, and overall I think they’ve been doing a great job. I’m trying to wean off of my old prescribed medicine, and I think it’s been more effective than my prescription. I haven’t had as many outbursts, my mood has definitely been more stable and I haven’t had nearly as bad manic episodes as I normally have. I wouldn’t say 20 mg is strong, but I wouldn’t take more than one just for your kidneys sake. If you’re having trouble with mood swings, I would definitely try these! Works as good as my prescription, if not better.

after my dad with dementia finished the bottle 90days..20mg.. I thought it had little to no effect. 4 days without the vitamin, holy crap, he went back into severe dementia symptoms... this is a miracle vitamin in our situation!!!

Arrived on time.
Showed up on time with minimal excess packaging. Have no idea if contents are as advertised as no access to a lab to check. Also do not know if it affects the condition for which it was purchased. If so certainly not dramatic, but 'maybe'. On the off chance it has some affect and relatively low price and risk will continue to use it.

No positive or negative effects.
This is one of those supplements that has no measurable efficacy. I've been giving this to mom and dad, for four months. I have observed no change or noticeable effects, good or bad, to their sleep, mood, or cognition. The research on lithium orotate is interesting, so I will continue. I am going to try this myself just to see if I notice any effect. It appears to be well tolerated (no problems). If you're taking this in pursuit of long-term cognition conservation you might consider the more cost effective and lower dose of 5mg or 10mg, which is closer to the dosage used in most of the research I've read. My conclusion so far is it doesn't seem to hurt anything but your wallet, but I've seen no noticeable positive effect on cognition, mood, or sleep quality.

Kinda expensive for a 90-day supply, but hoping it helps my father's dementia.
The cost for these was kinda expensive, in my opinion, for a 90-day bottle, but I am hoping it works better than other brands which do not deliver as big of a punch in Lithium Orotate. My father has dementia and I ordered this after reading a scientific journal article about Lithium Orotate being very beneficial to those with dementia. It has been a week and he seems no different, but we will continue with these supplements and continue monitoring him.
