Do not refrigerate.
Perfect for refreshing a glass of ice water. Lemonade, iced tea or a touch in hot water for strawberry tea before bed. We'll be checking out other flavors.

Great taste
The top does kind of suck but the taste is great! Same one they use at the local coffee shop I go to when I order strawberry matcha so glad I found this now I make strawberry matcha at home!

Love the taste, not the price… or the sugar content
I really like the taste of this stuff (I make a lot of strawberry matchas) and it’s nice that I could order online AND it’s REALLY nice that it doesn’t have to be refrigerated, that being said there’s a reason😬 lots of additives and really high sugar content. Also, $23 is a lot for that much pure. I did end up switching to an organic one I could get from a liquor store for ~$8, but Monin is a classic and if you want to leave it on the counter (shelf stable) this is your guy!

Sweet and jammy
It’s more of a jammy strawberry purée. Super sweet and thick consistency but good natural strawberry flavor. It’s great for cocktails like daiquiris or smoothies but not what I’m looking for for my matcha lattes. It does have seeds too but they were not too hard so it didn’t get stuck in my teeth.

Fruit sauce
I got this for making cold foam for matcha and it is so good. Con is neither of mine came with a topper and not sure which ones will fit!!

Sfortunatamente non ho visto la dicitura "con aggiunta di zucchero". Usata pura è estremamente dolce, sembra più uno sciroppo di una purea. Il sapore della fragola è comunque buono, sicuramente adatto a gelati,sorbetti... meno a gele o pasticceria.
