You have to do the movements for skiing. It takes a little time to get used to it, but once you get the hang of it it is a good body work out, especially for the lower core. Going on a flat is easy, going on graded hill i have mastered, also how to speed up. I want to learn 360 turns etc... The brake is front so careful when going downhill. It's good foradults, i wasnt sure when i ordered it, because it said 9+, and i am 60 plus! Once you can make it, though, it is a lot of fun. I am 113kg, so a slightly bit more than the official upper cap, but so far it can still handle the extra weight.
