Protidiet Maple-Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal Mix

Très protéiné, donc très nutritif et le goût d'érable est savoureux

It's not like regular oatmeal, but then it's not supposed to be - it's protein. I'm on a super low carb, zero sugar diet to get my A-1c down. I've been eating both the Maple Brown sugar and the Banana Nut. The texture is different, but the taste is fine, at least for me. A little pricey but worth it.

Nice flavour, not overly sweet. I was satisfied when I finished the bowl, of course I doctored it up with cinnamon & nutmeg. Incredibly tasty!

This oatmeal was a wonderful breakfast the two weeks before my surgery. It’s not the consistency that regular oatmeal has. I figured out the less water you put in the more. It seems like regular oatmeal. The maple brown sugar is really good. I have two others at home different taste that I’m looking forward to try. The taste is good. If you wanted a little sweeter, sprinkle a little splendor on it and you’re good to go!

Not sure what this is made of, but it's a really weird texture. Not even close to oatmeal!
