Mine did and the description of the does mention that it comes with one. Now you can technically charge it with a micro USB cable, but it is better to use the ac adapter and such that it comes with. That helps control the charge better.

It could be better with this price.

I know it was renewed item,but it has too many problems, too many scratches ever on the screen,it was so dirty. the system always crash and also cannot connect to pc. It could be better with this price.
