What does the packaging say to wash in cold or warm water?

I don’t have the tag anymore but I wash mine in cold water and dry in a low knit settings, they are still perfect.

What shoe size are socks?

Well, they are cotton and very stretchy. They are labeled between size 6 and size 9 shoe. I wear 8 or 9 and these socks fit perfectly. Very soft with great cushion and they don't slide down. Very good socks and I will buy more.
