I got these for my 11 year old son. They fit great and he likes them for volleyball.

Great youth sizing
These knee pads have been great! They fit well, stay in place during play, and provide good padding and protection without feeling too bulky. They’re comfortable enough to wear throughout volleyball camp. They seem well-made and have held up really well so far. Definitely a great option for young volleyball players!

Great fit for Judo
I know most people buy these for volleyball, but I actually purchased these for Judo. My daughter is using them and found them to be very adequate. They fit snugly on the knee but more importantly not extruding too much to make it bulky and uncomfortable. They stay where they are during training. Mizuno is a well known brand in the making Judo gis, not sure why they don't market this item for this as well.
