I bought this and would definitely recommend. Zero issues. Works great. Has a big bin. Easy to empty. Owned since 2021. Durable. I cannot say enough nice things about this product. Do not expect to shred 10+ pages but shred on demand. We bought this and doing about 50lbs a day of shredding this unit powered through it like a champ. Oiled the unit between each box. It was talking after each one, but kept going where other shredding units we had would overheat. The 100 page auto feeder is great and allowed for some procrastinating on my phone while it did its thing. The extra small cuts it made also allowed for packing the scraps in trash a lot better than other brands.My only gripe that I'm sure is a feature is a small clear plastic flap just inside the opening to prevent accidental paper insertion.
