Will this fit in the top opening of a 275/300 gal tote?

It will not. It is actually the exact same size is the lip the tote cap screws on to.

will this fit a 1 gallon bucket?

It fits in a 6-inch opening in whatever you place it in.

Seller, do you offer any bulk purchase options? I'd like to buy 10+. Thanks!

Hell if I know. However the one I purchased did not gather as much water as I wanted. So it's success depends on your needs and implementation.
