Great Cap
It fits well, molds to your head and it doesn't come loose. I would recommend this to most competitive swimmers.

L or M size
The L size is not that Large, I would not recommed the M size.

much better quality than nike silicone cap i bought at modells ...
much better quality than nike silicone cap i bought at modells sporting goods, but still problematic. tends to suck air into itself and rise above the head. still, i feel the quality is worth the money - it is very thick and strong - so much so that it hurts my ears quite a bit, but that makes fore a more secure fit. give it a try if you are a fast swimmer, otherwise if you swim slow have mercy on your ears and get a thinner, cheaper cap.

The item is designed in a good quality but just the size is to small for me ! Perhaps I'll buy some other stuff from you store!

worse than could ever imagine
first : the fit it is extremely small ... I would ask Arena how is possible that teh cap size L does not fit in a 9 years old swimmer ... second : 1 of the 3 caps I bought it has two side glued together and could not be unfolded conclusion : bought 3 caps ...threw away one that coulf not be even open ...gave thr others to a 5 years old swimmer that may fit his head in there ...will never buy ARENA 3D caps again

Cuffia tutta piegata, da quando l ho messa ad oggi ha ancora tutte le pieghe e non si stende bene.. questo é un problema perché dopo il tuffo e anche durante la nuotata in gara é capitato che entrasse dell'aria e rischiasse di levarsi

Cómodo y durable
Es un gorro de silicón muy cómodo y se amolda perfecto sin pliegues. Muy recomendable, incluso en más de un color conviene tenerlo.

Viene en mal estado el látex es viejo y muy pequeña

Un poco incómodo
El material está muy bien, la forma también, sin embargo a mi no se me hizo sencillo utilizar el gorro, después de unos minutos tiende a subirse formando una burbuja de aire entre el cabello y la gorra que hay que estar ajustando. En lo personal prefiero los gorros de silicona regulares.
