Q: Will both bit packs fit in the x-large Leatherman molle sheath? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004FKUCXQ (M/N LP350)?

The answer is no. I have both the x-large molle sheath and the smaller Leatherman leather sheath. You can cram both bit packs in the larger one (I tried it) but I would not advise it. You put undue stress on it, which will lead to the sheath quickly tearing. I use the x-large molle when I am going to only carry the the tool by itself. However, I took another more expensive route and got what I wanted. Since I have all the accessories for the Leatherman I wanted them all in one carrying case. This way if you go camping, want to keep them in your vehicle, or just want to store them all together you can. Since I have the molles, already, when I want to carry only the Leatherman I can. I researched and found a Canadian company, Skinth, that custom makes sheaths specifically for Leatherman. They range in price from about $25.00 to $65.00. Mine ran about $45.00 but it holds all Leatherman accessories plus the multi-tool. Dealing with Skinth was a pleasure (I pestered them to death with questions). Very happy with the product. If you only need to hold the multi-tool and a few accessories (such as the two bit packs) you will probably pay at the low end ($25.00-$35.00). This is a much better way to go than reaching for your Leatherman equipment when you need them and finding they had fallen out and are lost. Whatever you decide to do good luck with your search. Q: I ordered these and they wiggle in my bit-extender, is this normal?

That would not concern me. Mine does too. A lot of slotted tools that take bits do that, but if you're holding it upside down and the bit is falling out without touching it, your bit-extender is probably the problem and it's not retaining the bit. Otherwise, I wouldn't be critical if there is some movement.

Q: I noticed on Leatherman's website that this kit has a Torx 6 & Torx 8. Does this kit also have those? I did not see them listed. Thank you.

Yes, it does include the Torx 6,8,10,15,20,25,27&30
