Helped heal my severely dry and cracked hands
This product was recommended by my acupuncturist who specializes in fertility treatment for women with autoimmune diseases. I have Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism and was plagued for years with severely dry hands that would crack and were always rough and irritated. I drank a ton of water, but always felt dehydrated. After I started using this electrolyte solution, I drank less water and felt more hydrated. My skin is so much healthier, and I honestly feel generally better. It's possible to drink too much water, which causes it's own set of problems, so being able to absorb the water and electrolytes alleviated those issues. I can tell that it has helped moderate some of my inflammation and I definitely feel the difference when I go without it, especially when temperatures soar into the triple digits or when I'm working out or being more active. The flavorless product can be added to any beverage, and is perfect for me and my family, who all prefer water over other beverages. The added magnesium and potassium are an added bonus.

I Prefer Tablytes, but Add-In Drops Are a Good Electrolyte Supplement, Esp. Potassium.
I have a very strict diet that makes it difficult for me to get enough potassium. In the summer, when I am sweating minerals out in the heat, dietary potassium is often not enough. I found that a couple doses of Elete Tablytes solved the problem on days that I perspired a lot. I preferred the Tablytes to the Add-In, because pills don’t require me to drink an excessive amount of water. But Elete moved its facility last year, and tablet production has been suspended. Elete has said that Tablytes will go back into production at some point, but I needed to find a substitute in the meantime. I looked at every electrolyte tablet I could find online and only found one with a comparable amount of potassium, and that had other ingredients that I cannot tolerate. So I turned to the Elete Add-in drops, which contain more potassium per serving than the Tablytes but do not contain calcium or phosphorus. The Add-in drops contain 130 mg potassium, 125 mg sodium, 390 mg chloride, 45 mg magnesium, and 20 mg sulfate per serving in a base of concentrated inland sea water and purified water. A serving is ½ teaspoon (1 capful) of the add-in, which Elete recommends to put in 32 ounces of beverage. The recommended concentration is 1/8 teaspoon per 8 ounces beverage, 1/4 teaspoon per 16 ounces beverage, 1/2 teaspoon per 32 ounces beverage, or 2 teaspoons per gallon. This small dropper bottle contains only 10 servings or 24.6 ml (0.83 ounces). If you use a higher concentration of Elete, you begin to taste the salt. I was relieved to find that I can put a full serving (1/2 teaspoon) of the Elete in 6-8 ounces of liquid, if the beverage is sufficiently flavored. I squeeze one whole lime or lemon into a glass, add 1/2 teaspoon Elete Add-in, and top with seltzer. It’s a little salty but not bad. This would probably also work with fruit juice. So, if you’re not an athlete and can’t see yourself drinking 32 ounces of water to get one small dose of electrolytes, less liquid will work. If you buy the 24.6-ml pocket bottle, you can refill it from any of the larger refill bottles at a much better price per serving. Push the dropper top to the side with your thumb, and it will pop out, so you can refill the bottle. The pocket bottle is nice for trying it out and for carrying in a pouch or purse, as it has a screw-on cap that measures 1/2 teaspoon.

Great electrolytes
I use these electrolytes everyday. They work well for my leg cramps.

Excellent hydration without sugar or sweeteners
I’ve been using Elete Electrolyte Add-In Hydration Drops daily, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. I stay better hydrated throughout the day and, most importantly, I’ve been able to avoid the leg cramps I used to get at night. I really appreciate that this product has no sugar and no artificial sweeteners, which is hard to find in electrolyte products. It’s also a great value since a little goes a long way. The taste is another big plus—very subtle but pleasant, and it doesn’t overpower the water or taste artificial. Overall, this has become a staple for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for clean, effective hydration.

Good choice, though add something to cover taste
I immediately noticed a boost in my energy levels the first time I used it. It does have a less than stellar taste however. I am a picky eater person so maybe some people would not be able to notice the taste. This can be fixed my adding some lemon or other flavor. Not sure how much this has boosted my hydration, but I assume it has.

Ease into the salty
I thought it was terribly salty at first but eased into it & soon I found I actually miss it when I run out! I use this in the water I put in my ice maker & I love my salty ice cubes!

How I avoid muscle spasms in the heat.
I think water without these drops in it tastes funny, as I put drops in all my water during the summer. As an older 77 yr old woman and avid Pickleball player, I find that I get muscle spasms in my hands, feet, and major muscle groups if I exercise in the heat without them. They save me on a daily basis. It also reminds me to drink as much as I should. I refill the small bottles of these electrolytes that I carry with me from a large bottle stored in my kitchen. I drop them in and don't worry about it. No need to shake the bottle. They disperse in the water without help. They keep me as active as I want to stay. I would be careful if I was supposed to limit salt, but that is not my problem.

Just WOW!
I was skeptical at first, but after a hike with 10,000 feet of elevation gain over 30 miles, I was amazed. My muscles did not suffer once—no cramping, no pain. I honestly can’t believe it. The only downside is the taste, which isn’t great, but it’s a small price to pay for how well it works. I think the magnesium makes a big difference, as it’s something most electrolytes lack. Just take about 10 drops with a gulp of water every hour or so, depending on your activity, and you’ll be golden. No mixing involved—it’s so easy. This is now my go-to electrolyte, and you should seriously consider it.

It works but has a lingering after taste
Wanted a product which worked without any artificial sweeteners. This works but it leave an after taste (not so pleasant) which lasted for me nearly 12 hours.
