I needed to keep a kid out of my upright freezer because they had a bad habit of leaving the door open. This works perfectly for that. It's easy to install (hint: attach the part that goes on the door first) and holds very well. It's definitely never coming off. It comes with 2 keys, but I was able to find replacement keys that fit this lock easily (check the Q&A section) in case I ever lose the ones it came with.

This lock was easy to install. It is easy to use and has been effective at keeping the popsicle thief out of my freezer. The reason for the lock sounds petty, but aside from the frozen treats I keep for my grandkids there is also an entire processed beef in that freezer. The kid looking for treats made me aware that this was a necessary thing. The lock is pretty secure. Any adult with a purpose could break it off, however that same adult would get through any external lock. I'd buy it again.

I love this lock for my upright freezer. It was very easy to install and very easy to unlock and most importantly it keeps my tenants that rent a room from getting into my freezer. I highly recommend this product.

It worked great but not against a kid that seriously wants ice cream. He got it off the freezer not once, but twice. And the second time I epoxy bonded it to the freezer. Needless to say, one MAD momma (twice).

These locks are wonderful for sneaky toddlers! I have 4 little ones and as soon as I turn the vacuum on or use the bathroom, they dart to the kitchen and dig in everything. These locks save me such a hassle of cleaning up an extra mess. They stick extremely well and no matter how much my kids pull and tug, they do not budge. I’ve had 3 of these now on different fridges and will forever buy these (hopefully one day I don’t have to lol!). I had the black ones for my previous fridge and we now have a white one so I ordered the white and it’s not tacky looking at all. Good value 100%! They also come with extra adhesive too which is a plus in my opinion and 2 keys!

Took about a minute or so, and now my little fridge is secure. I also appreciate the extra sticky paper just in case one of them gets worn out. It's even a simple lock and key system that's easy to open.

Excellent adhesive of large pads with sturdy metal hardware and cable. This has literally saved us losing several hundred dollars of deep freezer items a couple times due to the door not saying shut from something falling/expanding/etc. Actually bought a second one to hold the bottom half of the door, about two years apart and they are still keyed the same. I wish they made this without a key feature and just a latch. I don’t need to lock the freezer, so it’d be nice not to worry about losing a key.

The reason I bought it the Fridge Lock was for 2 little cousins and a nephew were always going to the frig to get a snack without permission. At first, I didn't know if this lock will exactly fit or have space for the hinge to be too far but at the end, it came out great.It is very easy to install. Both adhesives work great. I left the Adhesives to stay on the Frig for 24 hours before using it and they are really sturdy. Glad they include two keys just in case one gets lost so we have the other for back up or hide it from the children.Overall I am happy with the product and I would buy again when I need too.
