Yes it works great, nice and deep for the fish and looks great with pavers around it or in the ground

Take a look at the tiers on the outside and then you can figure out what it looks like on the inside. The trough is very sturdy but no particularly thick walled so if your worried about it being smaller on the inside, rest assured it's spacious.
