I stayed at a place in Mexico that had no electric outlets, only solar powered USB ports. This curling iron was perfect for a few touch ups to be able to dress up to go out at night. It worked just like a regular curling iron, I am very happy with this purchase. It’s also light and small and perfect if you are packing with just a carry on.

Bought this about a year ago. My wife used it for camping once last summer and about a half dozen times this summer. We recently had a power outage and she decided to use it. When the power returned, she tried to plug it in to recharge it. The plug in socket on the curler was broken inside, you could hear it rattling around, and it would not work. So the curling iron did work for the few times she used it, but it only lasted for about a year and now it is useless. Poor quality.

I love the curls, they hold as long as I don't wash my hair! So convenient to use with no cord to get in your way. Heats so quickly and one charge is the perfect amount of time I need and I have long hair!

Works well but loses charge quickly

I use this for my bangs that go straight very quick in damp weather. I just curl the ends under on the rest of my long hair. It heats up fast and gets very hot. Doesn’t take long at all. Great price and so easy to use when riding in our side by side.

1st one was broken but love it!

This is a cheap curling iron and it doesn’t work. Several reviews mention this defect. It will not heat up. Seller only wants to refund partial payment! Really??!! Read the reviews!!! I feel like this is a scam and the item is defective on purpose and you don’t get your money back. Seller should be reported as I reported them. Don’t buy! Don’t trust the reviews that are good! Read all of them!

With 2 kids and an inability to wake up early, I do my hair and makeup in the car a lot... A LOT. This largely did what I wanted and expected but it takes a LONG time to charge and then it can only be used for about 10 minutes, so if you have a lot or really thick hair (like I do) you won't finish styling before it dies 3 times. Also, I was charging it this morning and the USB charging input bracket broke and is now rattling around inside the handle. I guess I've only got one touch up left! 😅
