This is a great starter for anyone interested in trying some magic tricks. I purchased this svengali trick book and the svengali deck of cards for my husband and he really likes them. I would highly suggest purchasing the book when you purchase the cards because it will teach you a lot of neat tricks from the book. The items shipping fast and I would highly recommend this seller!

Several of these tricks are just variations on the same thing, but this is a good book for beginners, and gives you ideas for coming up with your own variations. My first magic tricks many years ago, were with a Svengali deck, and this book would have been really nice to have back then.

Some of these tricks are well known by everyone but that's the gamble of card tricks. I like how you can learn variations of a few tricks. I do wish there were some illustrations for some of them though.

If you're a magician you know that there aren't that many tricks, but there are a lot of different reveals. There are definitely not 101 good tricks here, but there are a few. Worth the small price.

This is really just a short pamphlet and is probably not worth the cost. You can see many of these effects on youtube videos for free. There are no pictures or diagrams in this booklet. Not what I expected.However, the effects described in it are good. But, I feel it's too expensive for what it is.
