The problem is buying it through this vendor (Hafner), which is a liquidator. Three of the four packages I received came in noticeably old cartons with wrinkled labels. The material inside was unusable, as the resin component had partially solidified. I inquired about the lot number with Loctite. They informed me that the material was made in June, 2008 and was, in their exact words, "well past the expiration date."Hafner offered replacement. Not being able to risk material of uncertain provenance for a critical job, I turned this offer down and have twice requested a refund. They have not even responded to the refund requests. Save yourself a headache and buy your Fixmaster from a merchant that obtains it through the normal distribution channel and maintains a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
