These are sturdy, heavy and well made. They'll cut through anything you need cut. Just as good as any bandage scissors. I was pleasantly surprised at how big they were; the pictures do not give a clear representation of how big they are. Well worth the price.

I purchased these scissors to remove my fiberglass arm cast. With a lot of effort and persistence, they were actually able to cut through the cast. It wasn’t something I was able to do alone (I needed multiple people assisting to get the leverage and positioning right), but after half an hour we got it done. They just barely cut through my arm cast, so I honestly don’t think they would work on a thicker leg cast or something like that. But if your cast is small or thin, with some leverage they should be able to cut through it. $25 scissors saved me a lot of money in medical bills, so I’m beyond satisfied!

Su diseño egonomico hsve qje se sienta en los dedos como cualquier tijera, facil de usar, pero tienes del otro lado una robusta herramienta que avanza rapido sobre el yeso, guata y estoquinete.

Schneidet den Cast, auch inkl der Watte, die da drumherum ist, sehr gut und leicht. Leider ist das Format zu groß für die Kitteltasche. Dann muss man sie schon fast auf dem Castwagen liegen lassen und hoffen, dass sie nicht geklaut wird. 🙈
