What percent is copper in this sleeve?

I don’t know. I just tried to find the answer, with no luck. However, I can tell you they do work. I wear them to bed at night, due to my knees being bone on bone. I finally sleep all night without pain. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more. I have a friend who’s a nurse. She has been using the copper fit knee sleeve for 6+ months, and recommended them to me. Why is there no size chart for this?

They do have a full size chart. It even tells you how to measure your leg circumference to get the right size.
