That being said, there is a reason it is a price point controller. The make feels cheap and the app that implements the button functions is weak. I can't map the buttons to work when my phone is upright (portrait) which sucks because my Note 9 doesn't fit in the controller sideways when my case is on. When the phone is sideways all of the buttons work perfectly. Just because they are cheap, hard to figure out, and a pain to program doesn't mean that they are not functional. I haven't had any problem with any of the buttons. The sticks have a little bit of a dead zone but hey, this is a price point controller.
