This amp is great. I have a ford explorer xlt and added a sub to my stock radio because changing the head unit in my truck is not cheap and also changes all your heating and ac controls. I ran an lci line booster to this amp after tapping into my front speakers on the radio. I have this amp powering 1 Alpine type r 2ohm 12” sub in a skar audio ported box. This amp is power hungry so I ran 4guage and let me tell you this amp delivers on power and doesn’t dim my lights. I also added an autotek amp to a pair of alpine 6x9s in sealed boxes and they sound great with this amp powering the sub. My only gripe is there’s no on board fuses with this amp so aside from the inline fuse coming from the battery I added an inline circuit breaker 300 amp as an extra safety measure. Ct sounds is out of Texas and is a well built American made product and worth every penny. The picture posted is before the install.

Solid amp for the money. Installed it, started blasting it as loud as I could on the stock settings it emergency shut off. I turned the truck off, turned it back on, and it worked again. Nice that I don’t have to worry about replacing fuses

I wish I could leave 4.5 stars, but I can't. The amp is great, runs cool and has plenty of power to push my dual 12" Alpine Type R subs. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the subwoofer knob is not very good. Works until the half way point, but from half to full does nothing. I'd prefer it to work the entire spectrum so it is easier to fine tune the amount of sub output depending on the source or style of music I'm listening to. I will contact CT tech support to see if they feel this is the way it is designed to "work" or if I have a bad sub knob.

Its a bad ass amp I just bought this amp! I went from a harmony amp 800watt 1600 what the box said… it was nice and clear but would not push the alpine type r2 12” 2 ohm like i wanted. Im ordered the ct1500 amp and its night and day difference now. I only have the amp turned up half way on the settings on the amp gain boost ect. It bad ass amp get yourself one!

i bought this and installed it in the trunk of my charger and it worked great for about a week and i was on my way to work one day and i smelled to foul smell of burned plastic and a loud pop sound noticed smoke coming from the rear seat i stopped the car opened the trunk and they was smoke coming from the amp sadly what ever happened it took out my subs as well so i had to return this and i took a loss on the subs will not be buying again

This thing hits hard!!! I replaced my Rockville rxd m2 with this amp and completely changed my performance. I have 4 12inch skar subs rated at 250 RMS each wired to 1ohm and I'm getting every bit of those watts. Doesn't over heat, never bottoms out, Krisp clean sound!! Would buy twice!

Works fine, bass knob could be higher quality but it works, easy to tune the amp.

Lo recibí el 11 de Junio de 2023, justo al mes de haberlo comprado empezó a fallar de la nada se apaga y hasta después de dejarlo apagado cierto tiempo, vuelve a prender, hice correcciones a mi instalación mejorando el calibre de alimentación, así como de tierra pero sigue haciendo lo mismo, no sé cómo aplica la garantía sobre este producto.

GTA electronics is one of the best Amazon car audio sellers out there! Fast shipping and the best prices. I've only been using this amp for a couple days but it's been doing great so far. I have two 12" skar SVR subs (also from GTA electronics) and they pound hard. Bass knob isn't the best quality compared to others I've had, but at this price you cant complain too much. Ill update if anything changes
