A: yes there are wheels located at the bottom of the machine that make it easy to move .

A: According to UPS the  item is anywhere from $500 to $700 based on transit times. If you wantes to request a quote from another shipping company, the item weighs 67 pounds and the box dimensions are 56x18x13.

**Q: does this fold up for storage?**
A: It does not fold up. It can only lay flat and possibly roll under a bed if needed. The shoulder pads and area that you can rebound on can make it possible to roll under a bed for storage.

Like everything about it.If you'd like to strengthen your core while laying on your back & simulating swimming, this is the product.Of course this isn't the only available exercise on this versatile all in one gym.This gym is a full body strength workout source well worth adding to your workout schedule.It isn't bulky & hides away easily. Perfect!
