Doesn’t slip on hard floor. It’s not really foldable but doesn’t take up much space. Would definitely recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐ Instructions are useless *by K***L on 5 July 2021* Instructions to put together were terrible. The fittings supplied didn’t match the instructions and none of the diagrams showed the actual bench and correct fittings to use so it was put together without useless instructions. The bench does not fold (it may have been put together wrong) and does not feel that sturdy but I have been able to use it and so far so good in taking my weight to exercise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, sturdy, not as foldable or easy to assemble as claimed *by B***S on 3 August 2021* Once assembled this is an excellent keep fit tool - although it does visually resemble some kind of medieval torture device used to extract confessions from witches and warlocks.It’s sturdy and no problems so far, although “foldable” is being rather generous since said folding involves removing bits and pieces of the torture rack.I opened with the words “once assembled” and that proved to be a Herculean Labour - a piece of superfluous metal had been left in the main frame leading to much cussing, swearing, threats to throw it out the window, and lots of hammering in order to make it all fit together.
