If the hat or bonnet has pads around the screw/mounting hole, you can always use nylon washers. However, some screw/mounting holes have copper pads which have no connection to ground or anything else. If in doubt use a multimeter. Or nylon washers. ... The next tallest will clear all the components but not the UAT ports.
